General Information

Our Tiny Homes and Bunkies are designed and built in Thunder Bay, Ontario, where we work with real Canadian conditions — extreme cold, heavy snow loads, high winds, and significant seasonal temperature swings.

All models are CSA approved for installation anywhere in Canada and are designed to meet or exceed the National Building Code of Canada.

Each unit includes a full set of construction documents, suitable for permitting and construction, excluding:

Site plans
Municipality- or province-specific installation requirements

These excluded items are specific to each location, vary by municipality, and typically require additional documentation to be prepared and submitted to the local building department by a third party, such as:

A registered building designer (BCIN) or other individual or company allowed to stamp drawings for permitting.
An engineer or Architect
The installer

Our models are engineered to current Canadian standards. Engineer’s stamps are available for Ontario, with additional regions pending.

Pricing shown reflects the unit only. Installation is not included. Where provided, installation pricing is an approximate guide, as costs vary based on location, site access, municipal requirements, and installation method.
